Mr. Straley got us into a home that had an offer verbally accepted earlier that day, we viewed it after 7 -pm. The third house he had shown us that day. He kept the agent on the phone and submitted a backup offer for us, that evening. Knowing that the home had likely sold. We looked at other properties, but most liked the home we had missed. In the background, he continued to monitor the property noticing it missed a closing deadline, and got our backup offer accepted. Without the professionalism, savvy, and diligence of Mr. Straley and his team, we would not be in the home we wanted with no other home for sale in that county at the time. It was a remarkable feat from our perspective. All real estate agents cost the same, in our opinion this one and his team are the best value. And that day we had seen three houses he was on crutches from a foot injury as well as it was the coldest day that month.
